Portable Outlets and Leads
All extension leads and multi boxes are not exempt from being tested and are infact one of the major causes of injuries by electric shock.
Residual Current Devices (RCD)
It is fast becoming a requirement for fixed RCD's to be tested regularly in all rental and comercial properties, RCD's functioning correctly are a necessity to protect yourself and those around you. Portable RCD's should always be used when using tools and equipment out side.
